Our raw macadamias are sourced from Australia of variant S1 size, the biggest size we could get our hands on. They do not undergo further processing and are already delicious to eat. They are creamy, tastes a little buttery and of course crunchy. Weak tooth peeps, it is just too bad for you.
The baked versions are prepared in Malaysia. Baking enhances their crunch and intensifies their flavour, making them an excellent and energizing snack.
